Welcome to Tel•a•vision. Tel•a•vision was formed to contribute to creating a world that works for all. Its purpose is to counteract the constant stream of negativity and fear that is being fed into people's (un)consciousness, mostly by television. Its primary way of accomplishing this task is to promote visions of hope and possibility with youth throughout the world.
Tel•a•vision will accomplish its purpose by helping youth with software, tutorials and volunteers to create Telavision TV of what is possible when we overcome our problems on a personal, community, national and global level.
Advancements in technology including high speed Internet access, Web 2.0 applications and music and photo sharing sites have given us the opportunity to create Telavision TV of our desired state for ourselves, our families and our world. Everything starts with Vision. If we can envision a world that works for all we can create it.
The official launch of Tel.a.vision will be September, 30th, 2008.
